each fillet is finely marbled, with a mellow flavor that's the result
of precise and careful aging. This gourmet steak will melt in your

Preparation Instructions:
Grilling: Heat coals, cook over medium to low heat to desired doneness.
Rare: Bright red center & lighter pink on outside, 140 degrees.
Medium: Light pink center & brown on outside, 160 degrees. Well:
Brown consistently throughout, 170 degrees.
