Preparation Instructions:
Grilling: Heat coals, cook over medium to low heat to desired doneness.
Rare: Bright red center & light pind on outside, 140 degrees.
Medium: Light pink center & brown on outside, 160 degrees. Well:
Brown consistently throughout, 170 degrees.
