Preparation Instructions:
Grilling: Heat coals and cook over medium to low heat to desired
doneness. Rare: Bright red center & light pink outside, 140
degrees. Medium: Light pink center & brown outside, 160 degrees.
Well: Brown consistently throughout, 170 degrees.
