These farm-raised fish are grain-fed to produce a standard sweet,
mild-flavored product. White meat with a soft texture that retains
moisture during cooking.
Preparation Instructions:
May be cooked thawed or frozen. Remove fish from wrapper to thaw.
Grilling: place fillets on hot grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch
of thickness; turn once. Grill until fish flakes. Broiling: Brush
with butter, and place 4 inches below broiler. Broil, allowing 10
minutes per inch of thickness; turn once. Cook until fish flakes.
