Halibut Steaks
Product Information:
These have a very mild, sweet flavor. The fine-grained, snow-white
flesh of halibut is dense, with firm flakes. It is ideal for skewering
on brochettes for grilling.
Preparation Instructions:
May be cooked thawed or frozen. Remove fish from wrapper to thaw.
Grilling: Place steaks on hot grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch
of thickness;turn once. Grill until fish flakes. Broil: Brush fish
with melted butter or oil, and place 4 inches below broiler. Broil,
allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Turn steaks once, and
cook until fish flakes.
