Mahi Mahi Fillets
Product Information:
Mahi has a sweet, mildly pronounced flavor. Darker portions of
meat can be trimmed away for milder flavor. Tender and firm, slightly
dry, with large moist flakes.
Preparation Instructions:
May be cooked thawed or frozen. Remove fish from wrapper to thaw.
Grilling: Place steaks on hot grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch
of thickness;turn once. Grill until fish flakes. Broil: Brush steaks
with butter and place 4 inches below broiler. Broil, allowing 10
minutes per inch of thickness. Cook until fish flakes.
