Orange Roughy Fillets
Product Information:
Pearly white, orange roughy meat has a delicate, shellfish flavor.
It retains moisture when cooked, is firm and has a large flake that
holds together well after cooking.
Preparation Instructions:
May be cooked thawed or frozen. Remove fish from wrapper to thaw.
Grilling: Place steaks on hot grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch
of thickness; turn once. Grill until fish flakes. Broiling: Brush
steaks with butter and place 4 inches below broiler. Broil, allowing
10 minutes per inch of thickness; turn once. Cook until fish flakes.
