Sole Fillets
Product Information:
The flavor of sole is mild and quite sweet. The fine-flaked, white
meat tends to be fragile.
Preparation Instructions:
May be cooked thawed or frozen. Remove fish from wrapper to thaw.
Grilling: Place fillets on hot grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch
of thickness; turn once. Grill until fish flakes. Broiling: Brush
with butter and place 4 inches below broiler. Broil, allowing 10
minutes per inch of thickness; turn once. Cook until fish flakes.
