Swordfish Steaks
Product Information:
Moderately high oil content. The meat is moist and flavorful. Steaks
are firm and short-grained.
Preparation Instructions:
May be cooked thawed or frozen. Remove fish from wrapper to thaw.
Grilling: Place steaks on hot grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch
of thickness; turn once. Grill until fish flakes. Broiling: Brush
with butter and place fish 4 inches below broiler. Broil, allowing
10 minutes per inch of thickness; turn once. Cook until fish flakes.
